Many of you will be aware that Dr Mellanby has developed a specialist interest in Women’s Health over the past few years and that she currently holds the Friday women’s health clinic here at the surgery.
An opportunity has recently presented itself for Dr Mellanby to move into this specialist area of interest on a more permanent basis, which unfortunately means Dr Mellanby will be leaving East Barnwell Health Centre at the end of August.
We appreciate that some patients may be disappointed by this news. Please be assured that the practice remains committed to providing high-quality care. If you were registered with Dr Mellanby, your medical records will remain securely held by the practice, and you will continue to receive care from our clinical team. If necessary, you will be allocated to another GP.
