New telephony system

Our new telephone system is now live!

The new telephone system provides the following improved experience for our patients:

- Option to receive a call back when you get to the front of the call queue, meaning you do not need to say on hold waiting to be answered.

- Options to be directed to prescription enquiries and test results.

- A dedicated option for healthcare professionals to be able to reach the surgery staff without being kept on hold for the call to be answered.

- Improved monitoring of incoming calls, enabling us to provide more call takers during busy periods.

- Integration with our medical records system.
